Policies

Refunds

Customers are eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

NB: Refunds are only done on business days between 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm only.


• Refund was requested within 12 hours after the order was placed and paid for.

• Customers are entitled to a refund if the service was not provided.

• Item was damaged based on improper packaging. NB: this incident should be reported with 24-48 hours of receiving the package. We are not able to provide a refund after 25-48 hours. A photo and video of the damaged item is required within 24-48 hours of receiving tge package.

• Package is missing: conditions apply. A thorough investigation will be done. Therefore, refunds may take upto 7-14 business days.


Returns & Replacements

• Based on the nature if our business we do not accept returns.

• Customers are eligible for a replacement item if the item was damaged in transit or due to improper packaging. NB: This should be reported within 24-48 hours of receiving the package and visible videos and photos are required.
